As a member of Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, St. Volodymyr School is truly blessed to deliver Catholic education to our communities. This blessing of Catholic education provides opportunities to have a strong and meaningful connection with the Holy Family Parish Community.

We are proud to serve the families of Willowgrove-University Heights, Sutherland and Forest Grove Communities. Our goal is to deliver a Christ-centred enriched learning environment where students feel safe, learn to their full potential, and have fun along the way.

At St. Volodymyr School we strive for each of our students to be Rooted in Faith, Growing in Knowledge, and Reaching Out to Transform the World. These may be large tasks, but our staff, students and school community continue to centre their daily interactions around the 8 Gospel Virtues of Jesus Christ. The students and staff of St. Volodymyr School Reach Out to Transform the World throughout the school year by promoting the gospel virtues of Service and Justice. Each classroom creates liturgies and service projects to help the world around us. These have included our own St. Volodymyr school community, the Greater Saskatoon community, or nations beyond Canada.

We continue to use our school wide Learning Improvement Plan to guide our staff and school community in providing the best learning opportunities for the students of St. Volodymyr. Our school wide Learning Improvement Plan is the foundation of our Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and the learning opportunities that each child will have. Our staff are also members of a Learning Network, creating professional development opportunities with grade alike teachers from other schools within Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools.   We meet in Networks and PLCs to discuss how to provide the best educational opportunities for the students of St. Volodymyr School.

Thank you for entrusting all of our staff to provide the best faith-filled education for the children of the communities we serve. If you have any question, comments, or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us at any time. We always encourage members of our school community or new members interested in Catholic education to come by for a visit or tour. Our door is always open!

God Bless!
